Sponsorship advertising forms and payment must be completed and submitted by October 5, 2025.
For online sponsorship, both a sponsorship form AND a PayPal payment must be completed! Please select the level of sponsorship of which you wish to contribute. You must hit submit to complete the form.
Please note, division sponsors will be reserved on a first come, first serve basis. Please submit your top three division choices if you have selected to be a division sponsor.
